My name is Noelle Ann, I am a second year student at The Fashion Institute of Technology, aspiring to be a Graphic Designer and Tattoo Artist. Outside of my coursework I create paintings, custom shoes/clothing, graphic tees, tattoo designs, logos, business cards, and holiday/greeting cards.
